The role of the Staff Development Committees is to
initiate and act upon several measures for the benefit and development of
the staff. The main priority of these committee is
to ensure that there is fairness in selection of staff to
undertake training and the selected training courses meet the strategic needs
of the organization in terms of skilling and HR development.
This course is designed to enhance the skills of members of staff
development committees to enable them carry out their duties effectively.
